How do I return an item to Persoonalize?

First of all, thank you for letting us know the item(s) you want to return to us.

  1. Click "My Account", sign in to track your orders and returns and click on the detail of the order concerned.
  2. Returned products must be new and unused. They must be in their original box, perfectly intact.
